How Long Do I Have to Complete My Tech Taster/Coding Kickstarter Course?

If you’re having trouble logging in, make sure you’re using the same email address you used when you enrolled. If you see a message saying your IP address has been blocked, close your browser and try again in a couple of hours - the block should reset in this time. 

How long does my access last for? 

Your access to the Tech Taster / Coding Kickstarter begins the moment you receive the "You're Enrolled!" email.

  • If you're enrolled on a Tech Taster, your course will expire in 4 weeks. But don't worry, they're designed to be completed in just 4 hours!
  • If you're enrolled on a Coding Kickstarter, your course will expire in 8 weeks. These courses take 8 hours to complete

Your access will expire exactly four OR eight weeks from that date and time.
For example, if you've applied for a Coding Kickstarter and receive your enrolment email on the 14th of August at 3:29 PM, your course access will end on the 9th of October at exactly 3:29 PM.

⏰ Course expiry reminders

We’ll send you a reminder when your Tech Taster or Coding Kickstarter access is about to expire.

Don’t worry if you’ve already finished your course - we send this reminder to everyone, so you have a final chance to make notes or review materials before access closes.

Even if you receive this reminder after completing your course, you’ll still receive your certificate! 🎖️

What if I need more time to finish my course? 

At CFG, we understand that sometimes things can change and exceptional circumstances can impact a learner’s ability to complete their Tech Taster or Coding Kickstarter courses. In this situation, we're unable to offer extensions, but we can to offer a fresh start! We're happy to get you re-enrolled in our Learning Hub courses.
