I'm experiencing a technical issue on the website.

If you encounter display errors, missing buttons, or any sort of glitches, try these standard troubleshooting steps first:

  1. Update your device and browser: Ensure your operating system and web browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) are updated to the latest version.
  2. Use Google Chrome in Incognito / Private Mode: Extensions, cached files, or stored cookies can sometimes interfere with the Learning Hub. Opening an Incognito window in Google Chrome bypasses these cached settings.
  3. Switch to a laptop or desktop computer: The Learning Hub works best on desktop or laptop browsers. If you are using a mobile phone or tablet, please try accessing the site from a laptop.
  4. Clear your browser cache and cookies: Old browser data can cause pages to load incorrectly. Clearing your cache and cookies resets your browser session so everything displays properly.
  5. Check your login email: Make sure you are signed in with the exact email address used on your application. Using a different email can block access to certain features.

If the issue persists after completing these steps, please reach out to our support team with the following to give our tech team the exact details needed to diagnose and resolve the issue for you quickly:

  • step-by-step description of what happened

  • full-screen screenshots or a screen recording (.jpg or .png)

I got a message saying my IP address is blocked – what should I do?

If you see a message stating that your IP address has been temporarily blocked from accessing the Learning Hub, don't panic! This is an automatic security feature that periodically resets.

  1. Close your browser: Completely close down your web browser windows.
  2. Wait a couple of hours: Leave the page closed for 2 to 3 hours to allow the security lock to automatically reset.
  3. Do not reset your password: Changing your password while your IP is temporarily blocked will not bypass the waiting period.
  4. Try again: Reopen your browser after a couple of hours and attempt to log back in.

How long should I wait after completing a course before enrolling in a new one?

Congratulations on completing your course! If you have just finished a class and are ready to sign up for your next Tech Taster or Coding Kickstarter, please wait at least 20 minutes before submitting your next application.

This short delay gives our system time to process your recent course completion and update your learner records so your next enrolment goes through smoothly.

Can I enrol in two (or more) courses at the same time?

To ensure you get the best possible learning experience without feeling overwhelmed, our enrolment rules are structured as follows:

  • Same course type: You cannot take two courses of the same type at the same time (for example, you cannot be enrolled in two Coding Kickstarters simultaneously).
  • Different course types: You can take two different types of courses concurrently (for example, taking one Coding Kickstarter alongside one Tech Taster).
