🎓 When can I expect my certificate?
Coding Kickstarter certificates are sent out twice a month. You’ll receive your certificate either partway through the month or at the end of the month, depending on when you completed your course. If you haven’t received your certificate by the end of that period, please get in touch with us so we can look into it for you.
💾 How do I keep my certificate safe?
Once you receive your certificate email, please download and save it as soon as possible.
We recommend keeping a copy stored safely on your computer or in cloud storage.
⚠️ Please note: We’re unable to reissue certificates after 6 months, so it’s important to keep your own backup.
⏰ I'm losing access to my course, but I've already passed. Will I still receive a certificate?
Congratulations on completing your course! We send a reminder to everyone enrolled on our courses about their access expiring so that everybody has the opportunity to make notes and review learning materials. Please do not worry if you received this email and have completed the course - you will still receive your certificate! 🎖️
