When can I expect my certificate? 

Tech Taster and Coding Kickstarter Certificates are sent out twice a month. You’ll receive your certificate either partway through the month or at the end of the month, depending on when you completed your course. If you haven’t received your certificate by the end of that period, please get in touch with us so we can look into it for you.

How do I keep my certificate safe?

Once you receive your certificate email, please download and save it as soon as possible.

We recommend keeping a copy stored safely on your computer or in cloud storage.
